Question by Evelyn: Excellent diet if I want to loose excess weight?
From Now on This is what I going to eat every day…
For breakfast I have specific K “oats and Honey” and red grape Juice
Then all around two:00 I have a mini bottle of water and handful of grapes
Then For dinner (Minimal crabs) and apple juice
Before I go to bed, I have one more mini bottle of water
Is this a very good diet program if I want to loose excess weight??????
